This is an exception.

One of my rules is that everything I record must end up on the album, however crappy or corny. But occasionally these little tracks appear that just don't hit the mark. They're too weird, too far off from what I'm trying to achieve at the moment, and so I move on and pretend they don't exist. But they do, and they've been weighing on my conscience for years, pleading to be heard. So here they are: the outtakes, the misfits, the weirdos – even less completed than the crappy tracks that do end up on the albums.

2, 5 and 12 were recorded back in 2006, three years before The Mountain Council even existed, during my very first Crap Art recording session (lasting only a couple of hours).

All other tracks were recorded 2009-2021.
